Day 3 (August 5):
Two main issues to be discussed:

  • Can we use a single workflow engine for the center? Specifically:
-- Can the Kepler engine be used in ASPECT?
-- How to invoke all the DMA components (e.g. ICA, FastBit, parallel-R) from Kepler?
-- How to take advantage of SciRun technology for dataflow and streaming?
-- How to use Kepler engine for long running tasks (e.g. steering long simulations)?
  • How to organize the work in IDMAF
-- How to bring in new versions of software from SEA, DMA, and SPA?
-- What hardware will be used?
-- What test scenarios will be used?
-- How do we expose information to users?
-- How to write user guides? Web information? Who will write them?
