Program Instructions - Posters
Guidance for Poster Presenters
Poster presenters are expected to be present and available for discussion during the entire evening session. (Only light hors d'oeuvres will be served at each poster session, so please plan accordingly.)
Poster sessions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (different posters on each night) in the Garden Room. Each poster will be assigned a 4' x 4' space on a freestanding bulletin board. Please be sure to put up your poster at the pre-assigned location. Velcro and pushpins will be provided.
Posters may be put up anytime after 8 am on the respective scheduled poster session day. Posters MUST be removed at the close of each session. Posters left overnight will be subject to removal. The conference is not responsible for these posters.
Electronic copies will be posted on the conference web site, as they are made available. Please send electronic copies (jpeg or pdf formats) of posters to Cheryl Zidel (or bring a copy on a CD to the conference).
