Sleeping room block
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the nights of October 7 through October 10 at the Berkeley Lab rate of $111++ per night. As a courtesy, we have arranged for the hotel to honor this negotiated rate 3 days before and 3 days after the workshop dates.
Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests are responsible for all room charges.
Making your reservation
Reservations MUST be made no later than Sunday, September 16, 2007, at 5 pm PST. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and prevailing room rates.

Hotel cancellation and early departure policies
Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6:00 pm one day prior to arrival will result in a charge of one night's room rate and tax, applied to individuals. Unless the hotel is notified at or before check-in of any reduction in the planned length of stay, the hotel will add
an early checkout fee of $50 to individual accounts for early departures.
